Papillon Events was born out of a lifelong passion to organise
and deliver exceptional and stylish events.
From a very young age, Charlotte knew she wanted to organise weddings & parties as a career. After over 10 years working in the corporate world, Charlotte decided to take the leap to set up on her own and in 2013, Papillon Events was born.
Over the years, Charlotte has helped her clients throw some spectacular events, many of whom, come to her asking for a “Charlotte party”.
“I absolutely love what I do with a passion. There is nothing more satisfying than turning an idea in someone’s mind into a real live event and bringing their vision to life.
Seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they walk into the marquee/venue for the first time and then watching them party the night away is such a joyous experience.
I put my heart and soul into each and every event to ensure its as incredible and memorable as it possibly can be.”

“Charlotte and Papillon Events were an absolute pleasure to work with. A 70th birthday party at short notice was pulled off with minimal stress for us, and in spectacular style. We were completely blown away by the end result. Charlotte can take care of everything, but can also work closely with you if you wish more input. Her contacts, particularly in marquee and lighting worlds, are second to none. Deliveries and set up in the week of the event and post event dismantling/removal were executed with military precision and efficiency. Sad it all came to an end but we look forward to the next one.
